Since the time of establishment, our company has taken "Quality Oriented" as our fundamental stance for production. The reason being that the customers' confidence towards quality leads to their trust towards our company. We believe that "trust" is one of the crucial fundamentals that contribute to the survival of our company.
Since 1992, our company has set up a quality assurance system for our clothing product business. Through this system, we actively seek for customers' opinions-be it a possible flaw they find, or their satisfaction towards our products. We make it our goal to attend to our customers' reports to ensure customer satisfaction and to improve product quality.
In line with these ideals, we have set up "Customer Services" within our group to handle any communications our customers may have, to answer inquires, and to handle any requests for alterations, etc. Gathering and analyzing information on our products from our outlets make it possible for us to manufacture products that can guarantee our customers satisfaction. As such, we inject our efforts to all companies and all departments, to conduct quality improvement planning and superior quality product development, and preventive measures against any product defects.
In addition, we conduct inspections of goods for which we have received comments from our customers or sales staff, and both Customer Services and the DAIDOH Engagement Promotion Office jointly practice TQM (Total Quality Management) activities, which are linked to improvements and prevention. With respect to these inspections and improvements, we have been leveraging the technological know-how that has accumulated at DAIDOH LIMITED group plants, and engaging in initiatives to improve quality from the standpoint of the manufacturer. Goods that we have received comments on and that have undergone inspections are featured at our annual Quality Information Exhibition for all group employees. By displaying these goods that we have received comments on, we raise employee awareness regarding quality and recognize the importance of improving the quality of our goods in the future. This event is held to contribute to improving customer satisfaction by having employees think from the standpoints of design, production, and sales.
We will continue to strengthen the "trust" towards our company through "quality."
